Parisian Schoolgirl

Guys are always asking me to do more posts on men's style and men's fashion, so today's post is dedicated to just that! Except... with a little twist. I thought, why not give a lesson today on how one of my ultimate fave men's style and fashion and can be relatable to us girls as well?! Ladies, we're always being encouraged to wear our boyfriend's sweaters or our boyfriend's jeans, but why stop there? As bow ties and suspenders have been on the rise for quite some years now thanks to heartthrob fashionistos like Chuck Bass, I got inspired for today's look to throw a little bit of Blair Waldorf instead. Once I put this look and outfit together, I completely felt like I was the epitome of a little Miss Madeline-- the ultimate Parisian schoolgirl. And as this post was originally supposed to support the arts and fashion of menswear and encourage you boys (or girls for your boyfriends) to wear more things like bow ties and suspenders... this kinda in return encouraged me more personally to want to incorporate them both more into my own life. Sorry Gossip Girl, you may have ended two years ago, but I'm bringing Blair back.

Me Undies

Sometimes the best part of your ensemble is what you wear underneath, and today's feature is dedicated to just that. My top goal with anything I wear is to always be comfortable in my skin and in my clothes--both on the surface and below. Even though I love getting dressed up and being all cutesy, my favorite thing to do at home is to be completely lazy and comfortable. I had always seen billboards around town about this brand called "Me Undies" wondering what it was all about, and instantly fell in love with the pure comfort and sheerness when I got to finally see it up close and personal firsthand. To me, there's just something about cute little boxer briefs that girls can wear with an oversized v-neck and adorably colorful long socks that make staying in just as amazing and fashionable as going out.

Snowboarder's Paradise

snowboarder outf

I am by no means a skier or snowboarder. I've never gone "down a slope" even once in my life. Probably because I'm epicly afraid and can foresee myself instantly falling and breaking apart of me if I attempted to even try. But of course, when in a snow town like Park City for Sundance, how could one even think about no dressing up in theme of the snow and the slopes? And so, that's exactly what I did. It must've been me living out my dreams of doing the closest thing I could to snowboarding by dressing the part-- but honestly, how could you not go all out when you have a customized beanie with your name on it?!
